Hi all my boy is three year old and having right leg pain since two days mainly at night..is it muscles pain?? as I heard muscles pain should be in both leg. pls advice, if someone having similar situation?

A. the baby is three years of age if the baby is having pain in only right leg who had to see the baby weather baby is having any infection any injury or any muscle problem
