Hi All, my 22months old baby is having cold and cough with mucus with mild fever, from past 2 days, he is not having solids, can i give him yalakki bananas? pls advise

A. dear mom. good to avoid banana if your child having cough and cold. offer boiled veggies, warm soups,lentil soup, semi!liquid dal khichdi, oats raab type of semi solid food
