hi all,I have given taxim o syrup for my baby,she vomited after 3 hours should I give her again or not needed

A. If the child warms within first 30 minutes of giving the medicine then there is a point of repeating because it believe that it may not have started working but now it’s perfectly fine three hours is a huge time
