can i give azithromycin syrup and taxim o syrup at the same time?? 18 month old suffering with throat infection doctor suggest me to give taxim o syrup.. before that he suggested me to give azithromycin syrup for cold

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. there is no need to take both antibiotics. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. You can give it to the child if the both of the medicines have been suggested by the doctor to be given because one is basically an anti-allergic for cold and other one is antibiotic so for throat infection I suggest you to stick to the antibiotic only
