hi.. after my post pregnancy(13mnths) im suffering with anal fissure with sentinal pile n lower back pain..im getting back pain after my 3 to 4 hrs of nght sleep..can anyone suggest??

Hi after c section must and should take bed rest for 3 months.no house hold works till 3 months and no heavy lifting till 6 months excluding your baby.aftr3 months you Can do little small work .not continued work.take rest if possible.
Aftr c section pain will be there till 5 days.and aftr that 15 to 20 days pain will come  when you get up frombed Nd   sleeping.
Back pain will be there till 3 months.
If you follow these you canavoid back pain in future.

All you need is someone should tAke care of your house work  and your work.
