Hi, After my delivery I lost my weight upto 10kg last month I have checked it's 65,5kg bt present knw I was gained nearly 4 kg is thr any problem I really need to loss my weight

A. okay no problem b lk nOnly way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is common after delivery and please have rich fibre and protein diet and also do yoga planks and surya namaskar. And also have Shaadmani dandelion tea for weight loose. Take care
