hi 6.6 years boy having stomach ache and some times fever any remedies

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician4 months agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 6.6 years old and he is getting a pain in his tummy and sometimes he is getting a fever so deworm him and give paracetamol if needed
