hey I am 6/7 week pregnant I have lot of constipation problem, it causes acidity and vomiting , I feel very weak in this tym. what should I do.?

A. Hello dear! Maintain a good personal evaluation. Take frequent small meals to avoid acidity. Avoid heavy oily and spicy foods. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
