ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear Mum nipple crack ke liye it is best to apply breastmilk to cracked nipple especially hind milk. it has great healing properties. don't wear bra until healed and let it air dry.
creams have to be washed before breastfeeding which again dries the area and aggravates injury.
