Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 months agoA. hello mam, thisbis common upto one year post delivery as there are hormonal imbalances. please drink turmeric milk and take honey in lukewarm water. also avoid any maida and oily food items and eat only home cooked meals only. eat lots of green vegetables and take soaked dry fruits.
