Hey everyone. can I give cow milk and solid food to my baby boy after 5th month as my wife is working women she only left with 5 month leave. so can I give cow milk other then brest feeding upto what quantity or measure should I can give cow milk or any solid food. please suggest me.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello father you can start liquids first for the baby from the age of 5 months and semi solids from the age of 6 months. The mother of possible can pump her milk and store and tHat can be given avoid animal milk till the age of one year . Instead try for coconut milk
