#AskTheExpert how many time in a day we can give solid food to baby ? now 7 month old and I am working women

A. Hello you can give 2 to 4 meals in a day depending on babsy apetite Give mashed banana or chickoo or papaya, vegetable soup, rice dal ghee mashed, upma or ragi porridge.
