Q.

Hey doc i got my periods right after my pregnancy for 3months there was no proper flow just spotting and den last month i got proper periods but this months i havent got my periods yet it been a week delay and i get light cramps thats it. Am a bit worried is it okay?

A. irregular cycles are ok in breastfeeding.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyYou can do a urine pregnancy test as that will clear the picture. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydrates

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and irregularities in period is very Normal after delivery. and sometimes mothers don't get periods till the time they breastfeeding and please use any contraceptive to avoid any accidental pregnancy. take care
