Hey can I take biotin for hair and skin care? As I am breastfeeding, so worried about taking it. My daughter is 1 year and 11 months old.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. You can take it and also ur not exclusively breast feeding so child so there is no need to n worried about it at all .. but still u can consult ur doctor if u want to but I’m very sure u can take it and also it’s not gonna affect ur baby in any manner ..
