ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. better consutl a speech therapist it need to be examined in person Try to converse with your baby often reduce screen time encourage peer play if the problem perissts beyond 3 years of age kindly consult developmental pediatrician for proper examination and medication speech therapy may be required o k ay

If baby doesn't speak much words according to age (50-80 words,small sentences),not recognizing things, colours,no eye contact,not responding to commands.. then speech delay.
Speech therapy sessions will help baby go for therapies .
