her nail look dry and could see gap ..she has no pain and no pus ..should I visit doctor or wait if it gets removed

A. Hello my dear parent! Seems to be fungal infection as of now. Get your baby personally checked by the paediatrician and seek medical advice in this regard. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and follow your doctors advice. Good luck and take care.
