Q.

Her left eye has been watery since birth. She is currently 65 days old. We previously used Tobramycin, and now we are using Ciplox eye drops. Could you suggest a better treatment option to provide relief? Additionally, should I apply kajal to her eyes?

A. tis is due to nasolacrimal duct obstruction for which lacrimal massage needs to be done so please meet your dr for need of massage and continuebthr medication going on for thr child

A. Normally water into the ice is basically due to tear duct blockage so you should massage the nose of your child in between the eyes areas which is going to be helpful in opening up the tear duct blockage if you apply no it is going to become more of a problem Kajal is not advisable to be used till the age of 5 to 7 years
