This may require proper evaluation, so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if so required after clinical examination and taking detailed historgpy. That will be a better approach for a proper treatment regarding this.

Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
