help doctor my baby is 5months 18days old his weight is only 6.4 is this underweight ?if it is what can I do ?

Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hello weight of the baby is fine for the age.exclusive breastfeed now. once baby completes 6 months you can start complementary foods. this helps to gain weight & also baby becomes healthy.
