heloo mam my age is 29 years old iam suffering gerd iam taking medicion esomeprazole and levosulpiride this medicion cause vitamins defiency I saw you tube ppi cause vitamin d b12, iron deficiency it's side effects then what will I do with out medicion esophagus will damage plz tel me can I use this medicion life long or any other solutions plz advise me
