heloo mam 3months back my fil got covid that time very tenction d I have gastric problem also my left side chest down bone and chest side bones getting pain chest pain also thinkness so many doctors consulted gave gastric tablets but not cured and left hand arm pain also ecg test also done everything is k but pain not reduced why
