helo sir my kids are 2 years 5 m old. shal i give direct cow milk ? it's good for them or not? and also per day how many time shall I give the milk and how much i have to give them ? per day 250ml it's enough for them? plz siggest me .

A. Yes, now you can give direct cow milk to the baby after 1 year onwards. Per day, 2-3 times milk will be enough and 550-650 ml everyday. Alongwith plain milk, try to include foods made from it like curd, buttermilk, paneer, kheer, dalia, etc. Calcium present in it is very essential for healthy growth and development of baby bones and teeth.
