Hi It seems like you have a girl child so whenever you giving a bath to the child give a proper bath clean that area properly by putting water into it and if needed you can clean it with a gentle soap or body wash as well and whenever you clean the motion of your child always make sure that you are cleaning the vagina also very well with a wet wipe
