helo dr mera baby 3 month ka hai woh mera hi feed karta hai woh baar baar potty karta hai pure din mein 7 ya 8 baar potty karta hai pehle shi thi ab 15 ya 20 din se aise ar rha hai mera diet routine bhi simple food hai pls loi medicine btaiye ki baby ke loose motion km ho jaye patli potty karta hai woh rod woh rote rote apni saans bhi bhul jata hai pls give some spcl treatment
