helo doctor my son is 2.4 year old..use Saturday night ko vomiting hui. Sunday me loose motions.n Monday pura din vo theek rha..n aaj use 100.5 fvr hai.doctor me antacid and crocin btaya hai vhi di hai .bt use kya de skti hun khane me..kl curd di thi .bt aaj fvr hai..pls help me thanku

A. Hello mom Usse liquids de aap woh. Abhi zarruri hai usse hydrated rakhne k Liyeah . Coconut water , lemon juice , fresh fruit juices ya fresh juicy fruits , mild flavoured foods - idli , porridge, kichidi , buttermilk,vegetable soups
