mam ,as you already told that your child urine output is good , you should not worry about your milk supply.
because good urine output Indicates that a your child is getting enough milk.
so , no need of formula.
mam, it is ok for a child to look thin.
because physique mostly determined by genetics.
it is not necessary for babies to look Chubby
it is more  important to stay happy and active.
so if your child is happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about it.

please avoid giving formula
give breastfeeding only
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so your child can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight.
give gentle massage with Babyhug massage oil everyday which helps in Healthy bones and muscles.
