mam,as your body went through major surgery please give enough time to your body to get back in shape.
so before you start any workout , please confirm that your operation scars should be healed enough.
so for that,
1.walk , walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance.
go for walking atleast 20 minutes a day.
2.After Walking ,you can proceed to basic stretching and twisting.
it is process of strengthning and toning your muscles.
3.you can do kneeling,it will help to tone your tummy and strengthen your abs.
4.you can start to do abdominal exercises like
abdominal crunches, flutter kicks etc
5.make dietary changes like take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more.
6.avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
7 . increase your fluid intake.
8.drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
