Could be due to dryness you can apply any good cream or moisturising lotion you can use Himalaya baby cream if you want I think this is just because of dryness that’s happening also you can check with your doctor this is due to deficiency of calcium or fungal infection accordingly they can help you with further assistance but as of now it is looking more or less like only dryness only
