helloo dr. my baby is 1year 11 months old he got a fever from night I gave a paracetamol Zoomol but fever is cuming in 4 hours again and again and motion also 5 times from the morning watery I gave a meftal-spas for that what to do i am in my Village and here I don't know the dr. so plz suggest me what to give I have imol can I give that for fever

A. dr the fever is 102.5 I done sponging 2 times how much gap to need in paracetamol and I feel his stomach also upset he is showing stomach in every 1 hour and what to give in meal

A. along with fever medicine do cold sponging. fever can be because of different reasons most of the times viral bacterial sometimes due to less immunity there can be recurrence better to treat only with paracetamol if the fever more than 100degr
