helloi I am lactating mother .from 2 days I m feeling heaviness in my chest and back .I am feeling very anxious k kuch to nai hoga na muje .I also have anxiety issue.Is this heart related. and also have cervical spondylysis .what to do??

A. can be because of acidity and anxiety y cand it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem
