Hello, Yesterday my mother in law forcefully give my 6 days old baby cow’s milk from yesterday till now she didn’t pass her poo for so long I think she gets constipated please help me what should i do now?

A. yes there is a possibility because many times children may have cow milk allergy but no need to worry next time do not give cow milk and everything should be fine in few days
