Hello, why baby legs not responding in the week of 12th in NT scan limps also very small doctor told me this is not normal what should we do please help on it

whenever there is confusion regarding the treatment given by your doctor and if you are not satisfied with the answers you can always take a second opinion of another doctor of the same field.
weather a particular investigation or treatment is proper or not can be confirmed only after taking relevant history and doing proper examination of the child which will be done by the second doctor.
