Hello, Which health drink is suitable for a 3-year-old boy? I had started Aptagrow, but it caused constipation, so I stopped using it. He is a picky eater and doesn’t get all the necessary nutrients from food.

A. Gritzo milk powder you can try hopefully this is going to be quite good for your child it’s a good option it has been suggested by the doctors also all in all if I look at it I think it is going to be quite a good option for you to use for your child
