Hello,what is the healthy baby foods measure for a day or for week?and how i contain all vitamins, protein, calcium in food?

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks in a day. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug massage oil for muscle flexibility and skin health.
