Hello.. we have started introducing solids for my kid.. within what time at night is it alright to give cerelac? is 9 or 9PM fine?

Cerelac Proper dinner so I’m just going to tell you that do not give it for dinner give Khichdi or porridge for dinner that would be a better choice to go for because of course that would be a proper think that your child is going to eat and you child will be full for a longer duration for you
