Hello team, my son is very slim and skinny , ribs can be seen... can you all please suggest to gain his weight... please

A. dear mum, to gain weight at the age of 2 years 3 months, give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. you can give eggs and non veg foods. dry fruits and nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, dates, raisins. around 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. add ghee to baby's food.
