Q.
Hello Team, my baby is 14 months old he is 9 kgs now ,so I want to ask about his weight ,is baby weight is less or we have to increase his weight?please help me on this .if his weight is less then what are the foods we need to give to baby ? please help

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom the ideal way to check if it is good is through the birth weight , a full term baby normally would triple their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months & then double by the age of 5 year.
THeir current diet should be all usual family foods,
