Dear Mother as we know that excess of anything is bad so it is always advised to make no use of assault as well as the sugar and to avoid it as much as you can but a little bit a pinch can be added in your babies your food to make it little look tasty otherwise the food is very tasteless and normally kids do not eat it so adding a pinch is a not a problemWrite Your Answer Here
