hello sir what is the reson for this pimples, these are came from last week on my baby cheeks, i am worried for this pimples

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good evening !! Check if you have introduced any new food item nuts,cow milk or any fruit or vegetable or any baby products (cream,oil,soap).
Unsuitable products cause allergy (rash) like some have nut allergy,cow milk allergy.
Avoid using baby products do normal water bath , apply coconut oil on rash without rubbing/pressing before bath .
Avoid kissing or touching without hand wash which cause allergy.
