Hello sir.... sir mera baby one month ka h. baby bhut hi jyada sota h.. feed bhi nhi krta.. vomit karta hai... baby weight bhi bhad raha... please aap mujhe btao ki baby weight kese bhadaya jaye....

Please always feed your child in tilted position and keep in up ward position after every feed
please give daily massage and sun light exposure
please don't get panic about this matter because spitting is very common and normal in young child
