A. these could be baby acne. nothing to worry.quite common in babies . also avoid any harsh soap and oil on the face and body for a few days. usually coconut oil or baby cetaphil lotion helps in reducing these but since baby is very very small better to consult your pediatrician itself once before applying anything . usually these reduce on their own. use a soft muslin cloth to wipe the baby.
