give five meals this includes two healthy snacks
give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer and if the child is active than it is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet which will help in the growth of the child and it is absolutely nothing to worry and not a problem
