Hello sir myra is now 3 years old she is speaking but only 2 words sentences but she is not understanding much and this covid ruin us . .she is very stubborn and whenever she gets angry she repeats 3 4 sentences again and again. Sir she follows almost instructions but not telling me about loo I don't know wat should we have to do ....I can't go out pls suggest me
