hello sir my son is getting too much gas and he is on breastfeed what medicine i can give him

Post feeding burping is important.
Massage on tummy in clockwise direction.
Apply hing paste around navel
Colicaid drops if crying is excessive.
And even after all this if it doesn't help just watch what u eat could be troubling them. Sometimes what mother's eat affects the babies-

A. hi dear...it is very common for all babies...u have to eat ajwine. ( i.e. Ova) chew it and flow some air to baby's mouth an then u eat it all...
