Hello sir, my son is 4yrs n 8mnths n he weighs 14kg , he doesn't eat properly, very picky. please suggest me good appetizers or vitamin for him

Vritika AroraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello dear your baby is going to be 5 years old and the weight is very good according to age and I don't think you need to give extra minerals or any supplements to the baby for weight gain .
just make sure that the baby is having homemade food properly and engage the baby in lots of physical activity throughout the day so that he does not become obese.
make sure the baby is active and playful and achieving all the milestones on time
