Hello sir, My son is 3 years old,He had a fever last 2 days but still not break a fever, paracetamol works 3 and half hrs only after that he got a fever suddenly,..he had no vomiting no diarrhoea but little bit stomach upset what kid of fever is this?

A. ok sir,yeah we visit yesterday to seen local dr,He put antibiotics, paracetamol and cold syrup
