Hello sir, my son having small watery bubbles on hand ,leg ,mouth and daiper area...what is that ,?

A. those bubbles can be viral papules. for this concern here now shall advise you to see a near by doctor for best assessment of the concern so that it s to know and hence the advise can be followed about the problem .
