Hello sir my second baby 3 months old doesn't go motion often ,is it normal or abnormal??

Yes this is normal.
Constipation is common in néw born babies. No need to worry about this. Babies can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more. Breast feed babies are rarely constipated.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry.
