Hello sir.. my daughter is 4 years but her weight is only 11kg born weight is 3 kg what is the reason sir is there any problem.. please help me

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. A Tell should be a minimum of 16 KG by the sea so your child is about 5 KG is underweight that there could be a possibility either your child is not eating web or maybe your child is having some deficiency of iron or multivitamins in the body
