hello sir my daughter is 4 and half year old and she is suffering from cold and cough can I give her macfast 500 tablet

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.
For cold / running nose give syp wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2- 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
Indirect steamv help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with wcater combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.

Give turmeric milk twice daily
Use saline nasal drops
Give indirect steam inhalation
Maintain hydration
Give tulsi leaves lemon and honey mixture
Give ginger juice and honey mixture
Stay hydrated healthy
